The spectroMonitor® D variable wavelength detector is designed for applications requiring the measurement of ultraviolet light absorption through a column effluent. Small cell volumes and high sensitivity make it well-suited for use as a detector in high performance column liquid chromatography, although it is not necessarily limited_
