Description
The GeneAmp 5700 Sequence Detection System is a complete system for real-time quantitative PCR. The integrated system consists of a GeneAmp 9600 thermal cycler, 150-watt Tungsten-halogen bulb as light source, CCD camera with a detect range of 530-580nm, computer and application software based on Windows NT operating system. This is the most affordable RT-PCR instrument that provides precise nucleotide acid quantification for your application requirement.
